About my Guests:Dr. Robin Murphy, ND (1950–2021), was an American naturopathic physician, educator, researcher, and internationally recognized lecturer in homeopathy. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he pursued undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan before earning his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon, where he attended on a Hahnemann Scholarship. From 1980 to 1984, he directed the homeopathy program at NCNM and also served on the faculty at Bastyr University. Throughout his career, Dr. Murphy taught homeopathy, Oriental medicine, Tai Chi, and Qigong, helping educate practitioners and students around the world.
Dr. Murphy is best known for authoring several influential reference works in homeopathy, including the Homeopathic Medical Repertory (later expanded as Murphy's MetaRepertory), Lotus Materia Medica (now published as Nature's Materia Medica), and Keynote Materia Medica. These texts are widely used by homeopathic practitioners and educational institutions internationally.
