Rumble Strips

<p>What if the very thing we keep searching for is already living inside of us? This message wraps up a series on discovering God's will, and it does so by holding up a mirror to some of the most common ways we drift off course in our faith walk. </p><p><br></p><p>Using the vivid image of rumble strips on a highway, we are invited to examine three spiritual warning signs: looking for signs instead of connecting with the Savior, overanalyzing God's will to the point of paralysis, and dressing up delay as prayer when it is really just disobedience. </p><p><br></p><p>The crowd in John chapter 6 serves as a striking backdrop here. Having just witnessed one of the greatest miracles in Scripture, where Jesus multiplied a boy's lunch to feed thousands, they immediately turned around and asked for another sign. It is a moment that feels uncomfortably familiar. How often do we stand in the middle of God's provision and still ask him to prove himself again? </p><p><br></p><p>The message challenges us to recognize that unlike the people of the Old Testament, we carry the Holy Spirit within us. We do not need a fleece or a blood moon or a parking spot to confirm God's direction. We have direct access to the Savior himself, and that changes everything.</p>
