Chris Olsen on His Intervention, Getting Real About Addiction & The Advice he received From Meghan Trainor

Chris Olsen has built an empire on TikTok with fourteen million followers, his own coffee brand and a bestselling memoir, and he's sitting down with Josh for a chat that goes way deeper than the algorithm usually allows.

Chris talks to Josh about his recent breakup, his close friendship with Meghan Trainor and some of the most formative conversations of his life that he had with his mum whilst she was discovering she was an alcoholic. He walks Josh through the intervention that changed everything on September 28th, 2017 and the biggest misconceptions people still have about addiction.

Josh and Chris also get into coming out at 13, the internalised homophobia that still exists within the queer community, and why Chris thinks the UK's new social media age restrictions are the right call.

Chris also joins the group chat to answer your questions, including about that viral Harry Styles "daddy" sign and the worst opening line to a TikTok video.
