An Injury We Did Not Expect

We are back and Katie has bangs now and the humidity has already won 😂

This week's Katching Up With Katie covers a lot of ground. We start with nine inches of rain in July, nighttime turnout anxiety, and the eternal struggle of weather apps that lie. Then we get into the horse health updates because there is a lot going on. The flex test conversation is a good one, Wally has a cannon bone fracture from playing too hard with Waylon, Weezy is almost back from her suspensory injury, and Blondie got a checkup that went well and also included a compliment on her booty.

Then we get into the can in the mug situation because apparently that needs to be addressed. Fantasy Foaling is coming back for year two and it is going to be way better this time with a third party platform, user profiles, and a leaderboard. Plus the year one winner is coming to the farm this week for a full Running Springs experience.
