Franklin is a real estate investor with a W-2 career and has been active in real estate since 2009, specializing in single-family rentals and house flipping. In 2019, he and his wife, Grace, expanded into multifamily, participating in 1,125 units, including 101 as GPs and 1,024 as LPs. Franklin became part of Rod Khleif's Warrior Group in September 2022 and brings expertise in project and operational management, business plan development, underwriting, asset management, construction oversight, and investor relations. He also co-founded Hope for All Paws, an animal welfare nonprofit, and holds a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA.
