Noel Walton is a former Air Force Security Forces member and Army Captain who served as a UH-60 Blackhawk aviator. He joined Rod's Warrior Group in January 2020 and co-founded JCORE Partners, going on to participate in 750 apartment and mobile home/RV park units as a GP, JV partner, and LP, primarily focused on investor relations and capital raising. Now living in Austria, Noel is finishing his Master's in Digital Marketing at Rutgers University and helps multifamily operators build investor relationships.
