Hannah shares how her lifelong love of writing began as a child, how her daughter inspired her first published book, and why she believes every person has a story worth telling. From self-publishing to building community with other authors, Hannah offers encouragement for aspiring writers to start, stay disciplined, and keep using their own voice.

She also shares her passion for reading, family story time, and helping children have access to books. For her featured nonprofit, Hannah chose Well-Read Roots, a San Antonio nonprofit working to place donated, pre-loved books into the hands of readers.
