The problem is that you may get paid once while the company continues using your content, your image, and your work to generate revenue long after your payment is gone.</p><p><br></p><p>That’s why I think the better strategy is to build something you own.</p><p><br></p><p>I break down UGC vs affiliate marketing, why affiliate marketing has more long-term potential, and why I believe combining affiliate offers with your own digital products or services is even stronger. Instead of relying on one UGC contract after another, you can create content around something you already know, build an audience, sell your own offer, and recommend useful products as an affiliate.</p><p><br></p><p>I even use baseball as an example. Someone creating hitting videos could sell a simple digital hitting guide while also recommending batting cages, gloves, baseballs, screens, and other equipment.
