Mikaila Cruz had just arrived into work in the World Trace Center, New York City on the 11th of September, 2001 when the first plane hit Tower One. She talks us through the details of what she witnessed that day and how she manages to live with the trauma. We are incredibly grateful to her for sharing her story with us.
