Picking your battles!
<p>If we picked every battle to get involved in that we possibly could, it would be exhausting! </p><p><br></p><p>There are potential sources of frustration and annoyance everywhere – from social media, to workplace disagreements, politics, family members, the neighbours…</p><p><br></p><p>With all this possibility to get involved, it’s worth checking if it’s a battle we want to get involved in, and use our precious time, energy and emotional resources on. </p><p><br></p><p>This week we are asking a few questions for you to check whether you want to don your armour – or not.
