HOT TOPICS: Desmopressin and Sodium Goals in Intracranial Hemorrhage

Desmopressin has become a familiar tool for blunting antiplatelet-associated bleeding in intracranial hemorrhage, but its vasopressin-receptor activity raises a concern. Does it work against efforts to raise sodium with hypertonic saline?
