Nobody Saw THIS Coming! Trump Just Scored a MASSIVE WIN for Law & Order

<p>BREAKING: President Trump’s Justice Department has closed a 28-year-old immigration loophole—and every state is now on notice.</p><p>The DOJ Office of Legal Counsel has withdrawn a restrictive Clinton-era opinion from 1998. Under the DOJ’s restored interpretation of the 1996 welfare-reform law, all component agencies of states participating in TANF and SSI—not merely the agencies administering those programs—are covered by federal reporting requirements involving people known to be unlawfully present in the United States.</p><p>Under the TANF provision, states must provide DHS with names, addresses and other identifying information at least four times each year and whenever DHS requests it.</p><p>All 50 states, Washington, D.C., and several U.S. territories currently participate in TANF and SSI. DOJ also warns that failure to comply with federal requirements could carry serious consequences, potentially including the loss of program funding.</p><p>This does not automatically deport anyone or independently authorize an ICE operation.
