FAMILY PORTRAIT - Part 4: Family Resemblance
SERMON SERIES SYNOPSIS: Most people think of church as a building, a service, or an organization. God calls it a family.
In Ephesians, we discover God's design for His family—the Church. Through Jesus Christ, people from every background and generation are brought together as sons and daughters of God, brothers and sisters in Christ. Like every healthy family, God's family has an identity, relationships, leadership, responsibilities, and a purpose.
In this series, we'll explore who belongs in God's family, how we become part of it, how we're called to relate to one another, how spiritual leaders guide and protect the family, and how every member contributes to its growth and health.
Join us as we discover what it means to be a part of God's Family Portrait.
SERMON SUMMARY: You can usually spot a family resemblance, and God's family should be no different. As we grow in Christ, His character should become increasingly visible in how we live, love, serve, and treat one another. The longer we belong to Jesus, the more we should look like Jesus.
