<p>Welcome to episode three of the LGBTQ right movement, I suggest you go back and listen to the other two episodes before getting into the third. In this episode, I talk about the incredible and stigmatizing effect that the HIV/AIDS crisis had on society. Including a woman named Ruth Coker Burks who in an incredible show of love, faith and kindness took care of men who were on death’s door from AIDS. I also discuss the back and forth laws made about allowing gay people and transgender people to serve in the military.
