Here is why Sarah did not make the podcast

She is a top leader at the CIA (Crocodile Investigation Agency).

She had flown into Mt P on an Official Agency Jet (an OAJ).

And was getting prepared for the podcast when she got SCA (Special Croc Announcement from NY

Instead of delegating to a junior team member (a JTM) she immediately flew to NY (in an OAJ) and spent the evening prowling the NY sewer system. She spotted no crocodiles but saw lots of alligators. She sent a SAA (Standard Alligator Advisory) to the AIA (Alligator Investigation Agency) and headed back here for the podcast.

We learn that if she had seen a croc she would have made a referral to the CEA ( Croc Elimination Agency).

She could not get back to Mt P with her OAJ but was turned back by NWS (National Weather Service )– because the weather was too hazardous to fly.

She sent a CIA Field Agent – (CIAFA) to the studio to give us the news.

We talked to her later. She said that the Big Boss (Mr. T) for DC always listened to the show – it was where he got all of his information about Psychology.

So today, we start with the original premise of the show with a lot more insight into Sarah and the delegation of authority issue.
