Together, we explore the importance of balancing stress with your body's capacity, building sustainable habits, mastering the fundamentals, and avoiding the temptation to stack too many biohacks at once. Through personal stories and practical insights, the conversation highlights how mindset, adaptability, and honesty with yourself are just as important as diet, exercise, and wearable data.
