I'm no stranger to a lecture. In fact, that's all my body knows as a solution for high conflict. That's all my dad did and I'm drawn to that as the solution to the hard moments with my ADHD kid.

In this episode I share some of the underlying reasons we reach for lectures and punishments in hard patterns. And how these choices fuel the conflict even more.

I share a few steps you can take right now to start moving the needle in the direction of the desired behavior.
