FEET Evo+ Running Shoe Review

FEET Evo+ Running Shoe Review5 dagen geleden14 min

What happens when a running shoe company decides to go completely against the super-foam trend?

In this episode of Runnah, I’m putting the FEET Evolution running shoe to the test and digging into the philosophy behind the design. FEET takes a very different approach to cushioning, proprioception, stability, and natural biomechanics, choosing a firmer, high-density Phylon platform instead of the supercritical foams that dominate so much of the running shoe world.

FEET argues that ultra-soft, highly bouncy materials can disconnect runners from the ground, sacrifice lateral stability, and change how the foot interacts with the shoe. Instead, the Evolution is designed around ground feel, responsiveness, and letting your feet do more of the work.

But does that actually translate into a better running experience?

I’m sharing my honest experience with the shoe, how it feels underfoot, who I think it could work for, and whether this very different approach to running shoe design is worth paying attention to.

FEET's philosophy:
"Shoes don't run, FEET do."

FEET Evolution Running Shoe

FEET Presentation & Shoe Technology

Instagram: @RunnahPod

runnahpod@gmail.com

ABOUT RUNNAH

Runnah is all about running, the people who make the sport what it is, and the stories that happen somewhere between the starting line and the finish.

Hosted by Julianna Coughlin, Runnah brings together runners, athletes, brands, experts, and the wonderfully weird world of running culture.

Whether you're chasing a PR, running your first mile, tackling an ultra, or just trying to find a little Zen on the run, you're welcome here.

Shoes don't run.
