Nightmare Fuel #65: The Girl Next Door (1 of 2)

In this sixty-fifth installment of fictional horror written and narrated by Dan Cummins, we visit units 1214 and 1216 East Delaware street, a duplex in a not-so-great part of town in some city in the southern American midwest. Something is really not right with one of the tenants. And the property manager, Bernie, curiously seems to know a lot more about what's going on than he should.
