Salt Caves with Chris Forbes (#037)

Shooting Ropes is back in the studio but this week sadly down a CMB! Struck down by a last minute illness, Rosco steps up to steer the ship with the help of special guest, the wonderful Chris Forbes!

With Rosco in the drivers seat the boys bounce from the healing power of salt to Ariana Grande, stingray chasing, basketball and gardening hacks.

Find Chris on social media @ChrisForbesComedy and go see his much lauded fringe show Father Christmas next year at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival!

Find a bonus half hour with Chris for the debut of a Rosco segment Goth Menu, only on Patreon.com/ShootingRopes
