Gold and Antinmony, Full Production by 2027 | Chris Gerteisen on Nova Minerals (NYSE-A: NVA)
<p>CEO Christopher Gertyson joins RedChip to detail how Nova Minerals (Nasdaq: NVA) is advancing a rare dual-commodity story at its flagship Estelle Project in Alaska — pairing near-term U.S. critical mineral production with one of the largest undeveloped gold resources in the world.Estelle is a district-scale project spanning 514 km² in the Tintina Gold Belt, hosting a 35 km mineralized corridor with more than 20 identified gold and antimony prospects. Nova is building a vertically integrated antimony business — mining and refining domestically in Alaska — to establish what Gertyson describes as the first fully domestic antimony supply chain in decades, with a secured refinery site at Port MacKenzie. Recent executive orders prioritizing Alaska's mineral resources and restricting antimony imports from foreign adversaries have sharpened the strategic case for Nova's "big three" critical minerals focus: antimony, tungsten, and gallium. The company's phase one antimony program is fully funded by a $43.4 million Department of War award under the Defense Production Act, targeting production of military-grade antimony trisulfide — used in small and medium caliber munitions primers — by 2026/27. On the gold side, Estelle hosts a 5.2 million ounce pit-constrained (S-K 1300) resource across the Correll and RPM deposits, including intercepts of 132 meters at 10.1 g/t gold (RPM-005) and 117 meters at 11.1 g/t gold (RPM-015). Nova holds an 85% ownership stake in the project and reports a market cap of roughly $481 million, with remaining cash reserves directed entirely toward advancing the gold asset alongside the fully-funded antimony work.Looking ahead, Gertyson outlined a feasibility study now underway, active season drilling at Corbal and RPM, and a goal of reaching a construction-ready gold project by 2028/2029. A successful phase one antimony ramp could unlock additional Department of War funding for phase two, scaling into refined products like antimony trioxide for broader U.S. industrial and defense markets. Gertyson frames the story simply: Nova is transitioning from explorer to producer, minimizing dilution while advancing what he calls one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in the world — critical minerals and gold, in America, for America.👉 Nova Minerals is a client of RedChip.
