Rep. Jamie Raskin Is Congress’s Biggest Fan of The E Street Band

Congressman Jamie Raskin proudly represents Maryland’s beautiful 8th Congressional District, which also happens to include Eric’s hometown of Takoma Park, MD. He is the ranking member of the House Committee on the Judiciary in the 119th Congress, and he served on the Select Committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol.

Rep. Raskin joins Eric to discuss Maryland musicians and show off his encyclopedic knowledge of modern folk and protest music. He talks about his love of Bruce Springsteen, Steven Van Zandt, Nils Lofgren, Dar Williams, and shares what song he thinks could replace the national anthem.
