One of the most fascinating developments in recent years has been the growing convergence between modern science and classical spiritual wisdom. Researchers, neuroscientists, and experts in human performance are increasingly discovering what the world’s great spiritual traditions have taught for centuries: the human heart plays a far greater role in our lives than merely pumping blood throughout the body.
