TELCLOUD Helps Partners Turn POTS Replacement into a Channel Opportunity, Podcast5 dagen geleden

“We empower the channel to transform all that copper that’s being shut down.”

In this Technology Reseller News podcast recorded at Alianza Navigate 2026, David Neva and Jake Jacoby of TELCLOUD discuss the continuing POTS replacement opportunity and how the company is helping service providers migrate legacy voice and life-safety systems.

TELCLOUD is a white-label service provider focused on converting POTS lines and supporting legacy systems through a modern backend platform. The company sells through the channel rather than directly, giving MSPs and service providers a way to address copper shutdowns without building the entire solution themselves.

Neva and Jacoby say the opportunity is becoming more urgent as carriers continue decommissioning copper infrastructure.

That can impact elevators, fire alarms, emergency phones, fax lines and other systems that still depend on traditional analog connectivity.

“The shutdowns are really pushing this market now,” Neva says.

TELCLOUD has expanded its integration with the Alianza ecosystem and is already supporting a number of Alianza partners.

The company can help with everything from field services and deployment to ongoing management, support and orchestration.

Redundancy is also a major part of the solution.

TELCLOUD can support multiple connectivity paths, including cellular, fiber and Starlink, which can be especially valuable in rural locations where traditional wired infrastructure may be limited.

For MSPs and channel partners, the company offers a flexible model.

Partners can use TELCLOUD primarily for its technology and platform, or they can opt for a more complete managed-service approach that includes deployment, billing and customer support with revenue sharing.
