<p>We are joined this week by an absolute legend of the running world with former Bob Graham record holder, Beth Pascall. Beth has some quite frankly incredible results under her belt and talks us through the highs, lows and in-betweens of what has been a fantastic career. Working through injuries has taken it&#39;s toll both physically and mentally but Beth remains ultra professional and positive as she looks forward to what she can achieve and what exactly is left to do for the woman that has pretty much done it all!
