יש להשפיע על אומות העולם לקיים השבע מצוות דבני נח. ואין זה "המצאה" ח"ו אלא פס"ד ברור ברמב"ם: "צוה משה רבינו מפי הגבורה לכוף את כל באי העולם לקבל מצוות שנצטוו בני נח". וזה שבמשך השנים לא עסקו בנ"י בזה הוא מפני שהדבר הי' כרוך בסכנת נפשות וכו', אבל בדורנו רואים במוחש שנהי' שינוי במצב העולם ולא זו בלבד שאין בכך שום סכנת נפשות, אלא אדרבה‏ – ‏כשא' יגש לאינו-יהודי ויגלה לו שהקב"ה נתן לב"נ ז' מצוות שבהם תלוי קיום העולם, יכיר לו טובה ע"ז וימצא חן בעיניו כשרואה שמתכוון לטובתו וכו', ומובן שאין מקום כלל לטענה "וכי זהו הדבר היחיד שחסר?! הרי ישנם עוד דברים...", כי ע"י גישה כזו אפשר להמנע ר"ל מקיום כל המצוות, כיון שביחס לכל אחד מהם יטען שעסוק במצווה אחרת...

Synopsis

It is incumbent upon us to influence the nations of the world to observe the Sheva Mitzvos Bnei Noach, and this is not chas v’shalom some new innovation, but a clear halachic ruling of the Rambam: “Moshe Rabbeinu was commanded by the Almi-ghty to compel all the inhabitants of the world to accept the mitzvos commanded to the Bnei Noach.” The reason it was not done throughout the generations is because it would have been dangerous to attempt to speak to gentiles about relgion etc., and saving lives takes precedence. But in our generation we see plainly that the world has changed, and now, not only is there no danger involved, but on the contrary – when one approaches a non-Jew and shows him that Hashem gave him seven mitzvos upon which the continued existence of the world depends, and the non-Jew sees that it is meant for his own good etc., he is grateful for it. And if one argues, aren’t there other things to do etc. – with such an approach could avoid keeping all the mitzvos chas v’shalom, by always arguing that he is occupied with another mitzvah...
