#18 Big Ten Preview - The Lowly Penn State Nittany Lions

Once again, it looks like Mike Rhoades and his Penn State Nittany Lions are headed to the cellar of the Big Ten. It’s hard to imagine any other fate for a program that has such open lack of institutional support. It’s so blatant in Happy Valley that current AD Pat Kraft just publicly said the quite part out loud, “Penn State will never be near the top in spending on basketball in the Big Ten.”
