Release: Moving through one of the three most painful seasons of our decade together and learning to release our attachment to outcomes and timelines.Isolation & Rebirth: What it was like spending a season in near-complete isolation together while navigating rapid personal transformation and watching your partner continually change.Misalignment: Honoring the first year our paths truly diverged and learning to navigate different journeys, seasons, and paces within our relationship.HEAL

Control: Eric struggling to release Loving Consciously and Ameris struggling to release control over Eric's work life—and what those experiences revealed in each of us.Resentment: How nearly a decade of shared history can cause seemingly tiny triggers to reach deep into old wounds—and what those moments invited us to heal.Couples Healing: Going deeper into our healing individually and together, including our couples healing sessions and experiences with past-life healing.LOVE

Spiritual Maturity & Service: Deepening our trust in God, practicing obedience and surrender, and learning to serve from an aligned why.Conscious Intimacy: Recognizing that our romantic connection is often the first thing to “give” when life gets busy—and what long-term love requires us to consciously cultivate.Extensive Travel: Navigating regular global travel, spending more time apart than ever before, and learning how to stay connected across distance.This was a big year for us, filled with extreme release, changes, healing, and even deeper learning how to continue choosing love through it all. We share this with you in the hope that something from our journey helps illuminate your own.
