Since Nov. 2022 alone, she&#39;s personally coached more than 500 senior leaders 1:1 through burnout recovery, major life transitions, and aligning their business models with their actual lives.</p><p>Her operating philosophy: the way most successful people work isn&#39;t sustainable, and nobody around them has any incentive to say so. </p><p>Marissa has been immersed in emerging tech and AI since 2008, when she was a trendspotter and senior editor at TrendHunter.com. In 2012, she joined Peter Diamandis to build Abundance 360 from an idea to 8-figure ARR to acquisition, spending 8.5 years designing and running the signature educational experiences that helped 400+ entrepreneurs annually navigate the implications of tech convergence. In late 2023, she co-founded CTOx with Lior Weinstein to help tech leaders launch and grow their fractional CTO practices. </p><p>She&#39;s published over 20,000 articles under her own name pre-AI, ghostwritten several thousand more (and two bestselling books), and has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Lifehacker, and the Emmy Award-winning documentary Adaptability and the Future of Work. In early 2026, she systematized her content strategy, thought leadership development, and editorial leadership frameworks into a Content OS for thought leaders, and is using it to power 100% of her multichannel online content and two books.</p><p>Marissa has maintained a 3.5-day workweek for over 3 years.
