Closing the books on the 2026 Mets and setting the stage for the offseason

On the latest episode of The Mets Pod, Connor Rogers and Joe DeMayo put the final wrap on the 2026 Mets season, while looking ahead to what will come next. The guys recap their own 2026 season predictions, which turned out equally sad and hilarious, and break down David Stearns' end-of-year press conference. The Mets Pod Answering Machine takes a call about Bo Bichette, Down on the Farm examines where the Mets stand in the MLB Draft Lottery, and the Scoreboard crowns a champion. Finally, the show calls in the Mailbag as its closer, answering questions about potential offseason targets Tarik Skubal and Teruaki Sato.
