You Haven’t Lost Your Drive. You’re Just Tired of Carrying.5 dagen geleden24 min

%%first_name%%, you haven’t lost your drive. You’re just tired of carrying.

You don’t want one more thing that depends on you.

Because for as long as you can remember you’ve been responsible for someone or something

Especially if you’re an eldst daughter—like me. You inadvertantly become the second mom, the household manager, and the one everybody can depend on.

Then you are crazy enough to build a business—a successful one. You have the revenue, the clients raving about the results, and a reputation that proceeds you.

Everybody is clapping for your success but nobody sees that:

You stay in the car longer because you know when go inside someone will need something

You can’t even decide what you want to eat because you have decision fatigue

You stare at the phone ringing because you don’t have the capcity to hear what somebody else needs

And even when you do have free time, you don’t know what to do with it because you’re used to giving it to someone else.

So even though you know what to do, you don’t have the energy to do it.

You keep going until you reach a point where you don’t want to do anything. You know what you do. You know how to do it. You’ve done it before. But you just don’t want to.
