Everything doctors say about the sun and cancer is completely backwards.
My guest today is Nathan Siles, co-founder of BioSpectral Systems and co-creator of the BioTra Approach. He survived bilateral retinoblastoma as an infant and testicular cancer at 24, and his work now focuses on what he calls the invisible foundations of health.
Nathan explains why vitamin D supplementation is borrowing from your future immune system, why UVB lamps in isolation miss 99% of the story, and why most grounding sheets plugged into house wiring may be electrocuting you at low levels while you sleep.
The part that stopped me was his experience in Mexico, where his testosterone hit 1,200 within three months. His explanation goes into cenotes, deuterium, magnetic flux, and the difference between fifty and sixty hertz power grids.
Nathan also shares what a full day of his own routine looks like, including what he does in hotel rooms to make them survivable.
