Brewers Sweep the Dodgers Out of October

Hour 4 (10.15) The Brewers came back from four runs down to beat the two-time defending champion Dodgers 6-4 and finish a four-game NLCS sweep. It sends Milwaukee to its first World Series since 1982.

9:05: The 7-day forecast: how long the Santa Ana winds, low humidity and heat hang around, and when the fire danger finally lets up.

9:20: The latest on the Bryson Fire near Encinal Canyon Road in Malibu and the Peak Fire in Azusa.

9:35: The Brewers are going to the World Series for the first time in 44 years. They were an American League team in 1982, so this is the franchise’s first National League pennant.

9:50: Shohei Ohtani’s three-run homer had LA up early, then the bullpen gave it away and the Dodgers left runners stranded all night. Two straight titles, and the Brewers stop the train.
