Pranava Arts

In this episode, I want to share with you a recent event in Charlotte, NC I had a chance to attend! I attended the Pranava Arts Collective ”Color in Concert” event where we learned a lot about Indian artistic and musical practices including breathwork and mediation that help engages the mind, body and spirit and sparks imagination and creativity!
