With Vici having the week off, it’s just Chris and Simon this week as we cover the WAMC Col Junner Spring To It Fun Run, the Ultra Series WA Light Horse Ultra and the Running Works 3 Valleys Marathon.

Chris and his family provide a movie review as Chris continues to recover from Transcend, Simon is back to 90+ weeks (and never getting injured again), and Bryan Lip is back with his 3rd Voice Memo in as Many weeks.

We have the 'Road to the WA Women’s Track Night' series that starts next week, and we find out about an upcoming special relay race called ‘the Dash’ that’s on the streets of Leederville on the 15th November.

Deon Pollard, James Payne and influencers that doctor their times feature in this week’s Weapons of WARP.
