Danielle Boyd transforms whenever her anger explodes—but unlike most werewolves, Danielle remains fully aware of the monster she becomes.

After a Strickfield High cheerleader is brutally killed, monster hunter Headmistress Hiltonson becomes convinced Danielle is responsible. Using the mysterious rejuvenating waters hidden beneath Strickfield, Hiltonson goes undercover as a student to hunt the werewolf from inside the school. But Danielle’s strange immunity to silver, a second werewolf stalking the night, and a school already crawling with supernatural secrets suggest that this hunt may be much more complicated than it appears.
