The Case for Taking More Day Trips

Consider this an ode to a day trip. At home, we tend to go about our daily lives, spending weekends doing the same things, and kind of get in a rut.

But there are SO many adventures to be had around you! Whether it is another state, a state park, a national park, a town you haven't explored yet, or more, going on a day trip is a fabulous way to shake your routine up, get some much-needed travel, save money (since it isn't a big trip), and sleep in your own bed afterward.
