Awakening Is Already Here - Shonin Ashton, Zen Teacher

This talk explores stories of awakening from Japanese women Zen practitioners, showing how moments of insight can reveal the Buddha nature present in all of life. Through the koan Mu, the oxherding pictures, and Dogen’s teachings, Shonin reminds us that practice is not about chasing a special experience, but about returning to this moment again and again until our whole lives become the practice.
