Agave thirsty thursday #2 - Nate Jones from Sweet Acacia Farm

Today on the podcast we have Nate Jones from Sweet Acacia Farm. He and his fiance are doing some really cool stuff on their farm in Arizona that I think everyone can learn from. They farm agave, cactus, legumes, fruit trees and Arizona and USA Native plants and are focused on improving their farms ecosystem through soil and watershed restoration. I ask Nate some questions about his farm and agave, and he also asks me some tough questions. In this podcast we discuss topics such as Arizona agave, agave products, growing agave, dryfarming agave and essentially how an Arizona farm is approaching this crop.
