<p>Today's episode is “Shiny”  and today we’re discussing the Firefly universe and its animated future.</p><p>A few days ago on March 15, 2026, Nathan Fillion, who played Mal, confirmed that there is an animated series (animation by ShadowMachine) </p><p>The show will be set in between the ending of the show and the movie.
