255: Be more Dolly! 6 lessons in manifestation, mindset & living a bloody big life

This week, I’m taking inspiration from the incredible life and legacy of Dolly Parton and looking at six lessons we can take from the way she lived. From growing up in poverty and refusing to let her circumstances dictate her future, to backing herself, taking action, knowing her worth and never making herself smaller to keep other people comfortable.

I’m also exploring what Dolly can teach us about receiving success, using our abundance for something bigger and actually enjoying the life we’re so busy trying to manifest. This isn’t really an episode about becoming more like Dolly. It’s about having the courage to become more unapologetically yourself, dream bigger than the evidence in front of you and make sure you actually fucking live while you’re here.
