Every day life as a college gymnast

<p>A parent reached out to me with the request of having a recent college gymnast share what an average day is like, when do they train, eat, do weights, go to class, study and how they manage to study. Tara a recent student athlete from Clemson is back sharing her experience in regards to these questions. </p>
