483: Destination Linux 483: Zeb Returns, Jill’s Treasure Hunt, and a Doomsday‑Level Privacy Showdown

In Destination Linux Episode 483, the crew is finally back at full strength! Zeb returns from his mysterious off‑world illness, recharged and ready to bring his signature wisdom back to the show. Jill unleashes one of the most beloved segments in DL history — the Treasure Hunt — where you never know what surprise she’ll pull out, but it’s always awesome.

We also dive into a packed set of topics that feel straight out of a doomsday‑style thriller: companies deleting your data instead of providing it, Switzerland attempting to break free from Microsoft’s gravitational pull, and Comcast rolling out motion‑sensing routers with serious privacy implications. Plus community feedback on Discord alternatives, open‑source wins, and more.
