In today's episode, we start off with the topic we meant to cover last episode about a delivery driver accidentally "stealing" a cakepop from a porch bakery, thinking they were free, only for the bakery owner to post a photo of him so that the neighborhood would help her track down this thief. Then we have one of the most unhinged customer service interactions we've ever covered between a Depop seller and a woman who purchased one of her sweaters. When she received it, the buyer realized it was a size small despite ordering a size large. Understandably, she reached out to the seller to request a refund since it was not the product that was advertised and she had no use for it. Turns out, the seller did not find that to be a reasonable request and proceeded to engage in the most unhinged back and forth you can imagine.
