Everything’s Perfect Except… Maybe You Should Quit
Follow us for more health advice: drink water and hide your feet unless somebody’s paying extra. 😂
This week, Autumn and Donald are talking about quitting culture— and whether quitting is actually always the bad thing we’ve been taught it is.
Because there’s a BIG difference between giving up the second something gets uncomfortable… and realizing that a relationship, job, workout, friendship, lifestyle, or version of yourself simply isn’t working anymore.
And sometimes? Staying is actually the bigger form of quitting.
🎧 Summary
Someone suggested Autumn and Donald bring an expert onto the podcast to discuss why younger generations supposedly “quit everything.”
Their response?
Fuck an expert. Let’s talk about it. 😂
And it turns into a much bigger conversation than expected.
When does quitting mean you lack discipline — and when does walking away mean you’re finally being honest with yourself?
Autumn talks about the rule she gave Dom growing up: if you join the team, you finish the season. You don’t walk away halfway through when other people are depending on you. But once that commitment is fulfilled? You absolutely get to decide it isn’t for you anymore.
That opens the door to relationships.
