A pile of papers, an unpacked suitcase or a drawer we keep avoiding may seem small, but those little things can quietly take up mental space and energy. The takeaway: start small. Put things back where they belong. Finish one task. Clear one drawer. Let go of something you no longer need. You don’t have to reorganize your entire life in a day. A little order can create a little more clarity — and sometimes that is enough to help us feel lighter and more in control. As we move into a new season, this maybe the perfect time for a reset.
