Drag Will Set You Free Pt. 2 (ft. Pattie Gonia & Klondyke)

Hello again, Darling! Welcome to Part 2 of our exploration into the fabulous world of Drag Performance... In this episode, we got to chat with Drag artist and climate activist Pattie Gonia about her upbringing in Nebraska, her tireless advocacy for Planet Earth, and how Drag can be harnessed as a superpower and a gateway to freedom. Then, we sat down with Brooklyn-based Drag and sideshow performer, and self-described alien/clown, Klondyke. Klondyke shares their origins as a ‘tomboy’ and preacher's kid, the art of being the representation they wish they had, and how they’re reclaiming their chronic pain through performing in “The Black Cherry Sideshow.” Plus, a Drag Fun Fact from our very own Lily Mueller, and a shoutout to a previous episode of IFQT! we know you’ll love. So what are you waiting for? Powder your face post-haste and press play on this episode.
