Ethan just ran the Sydney Marathon finishing in 13th with a time of 2:08! He had a bit of a hectic build up - moving back to the US, finding himself in the hospital with a bowel obstruction shortly before the race, and then dealing with a pretty severe shin issue in the weeks leading up as well.

We recapped Sydney, discussed his new contract with Asics, and also discussed what’s next for him when he announced he is running Valencia Marathon on the pod! He is hoping to run under 2:06 in Valencia and will be training a good amount in Flagstaff in the build up.

Enjoy!

FOLLOW ETHAN:

IG: https://www.instagram.com/ethanshuley/

FOLLOW US ON STRAVA

Chris

https://www.strava.com/athletes/29985667

Scotty

https://www.strava.com/athletes/98633526

Danny

https://www.strava.com/athletes/23504210

CHECK OUT OUR INSTAGRAM

https://www.instagram.com/lifeinstridepodcast/

QALO QRNT SMART RING 10% OFF

qalo.com/lifeinstride

SWIFTWICK SOCKS

https://swiftwick.com/

15% off code: LIFEINSTRIDE

KEN COMBS RUNNING STORE

https://www.kencombsrunningstore.com/

10% off code: LIFEINSTRIDE

MASON CONSTRUCTION

https://www.masonconstructionanddev.com/

INSTA360 Affiliate code:

INRSGUOCSXX

FLOSSPOINT:

https://flosspoint.com/

LIS10 for 10% off!

CARBS FUEL

carbsfuel.com

15% off: LIS15

SWITCHBACK ELECTROLYTES

https://goswitchback.co?sca_ref=6278891.uVBEGmtjbbUlcGPZ

15% Off Code: OTQBOYZ

CHECK OUT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL:

https://youtube.com/@LifeInStridePodcast?si=icd
