GIANTS POSTCAST: GETAWAY DAY BLUNDERS Doom Giants in Another Series Loss

The San Francisco Giants dropped their 26th series of the season as they fell to the Pittsburgh Pirates 5-2 today at PNC Park. Offensively, the team struggled mightily, as they mustered only two hits, one an infield single and the other a pinch-hit double. Obviously, the lackluster offensive effort was nowhere near enough to make up for the multitude of walks and bad defensive plays that plagued the San Francisco Giants today. Up next, the San Francisco Giants continue their road trip with a series against the New York Mets, starting tomorrow at Citi Field.
