Great Wolf Lodge Double Homicide Investigation

A Pennsylvania woman named Metallica Rose Harrison was arrested and charged with a double homicide following a violent domestic tragedy at the Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos. Police discovered the bodies of her husband and three-year-old son on hotel beds, both having suffered fatal stab wounds to the chest. Authorities responded to the resort after the 27-year-old suspect placed a 911 call reporting that she was suicidal and unable to successfully take her own life. Responding officers found Harrison with superficial injuries and transported her to a hospital, where she declined to answer detectives' questions while expressing frustration that her blood was clotting. Resort staff and local officials confirmed that the family had been staying at the lodge, where investigators recovered two knives that did not belong to the property.
